I like washing glassware by hand and this little tool makes the job easy. It does a fantastic job grabbing dried bits and milk yuck. The job is quick and glasses look wonderful! It's also great for other items that look better when hand washed. Although the spongy end seems to be lasting well without wear, I'm ordering oodles of refills so I don't need to go a day without this great tool.
I have tried those cheapie glass brushes that are found in some grocery and dollar stores, and they are not worth buying. They fall apart quickly. This product quickly cleaned a glass that I didn't notice still had dried orange juice pulp in it after I had washed the glass and let it air dry. I washed the glass again with the magic wand, and the pulp was magically erased!Thank you for making a quality product that does a fantastic job!
