I am very disappointed that I did not get what I ordered. I have had this mop before and wanted to find refills but the refills were different (Blue funnel looking top of refill) so I could not make it fit. I then decided to find the mop that matches the blue funnel top and ordered from you as your own pictures match the refills I ordered but instead I received what I believe is the older version of the mop as the attachment does not fit your mop. The mop I received looks nothing like your pictures. Now, of course you are going to ask that I send it back, further inconveniencing the customer. Shameful. I can show pictures of the mop if you want. Shameful.

So disappointed! The mop pictured is one I've been using at work and home for quite a few years. I can no longer find it in stores and it's the very best mop I've ever used. I was excited to find it here. What I received is not the same mop. The features I loved are not included in this mop. The head doesn't pop off easily for washing and the ridges on the twist mechanism are very hard on my hands. I'll be returning it immediately

I purchased a Mr Clean mop some years ago and I really like how easy it is to use. I needed a second one so I purchased the same brand. I do not like the design of the new one it's not as easy to wring out the water from the mop.

I thought I was going to love this mop, but the first time I used it, the ratchet system broke, and now it is very difficult to wring it out. I had not had any time to try to return it or to get it replaced, and so today I finally was able to go online to address the problem, only to find out it is too late. I am very disappointed to say the least as I need a good mop because I clean houses every day.
